CLUB’S REPORT
On
3’rd June 2011 we selected five students from each classes as Eco Clubs
Members from 8’th,9’th and 10’th standard. From these students we select
president and secretary. Under their leadership the students are working. We
arranged a rally and poster competition on June 5’th regarding world
environmental day. We celebrated all national and international days under the
leadership of eco club. in connection with world donation day (October 1’st) we
arranged a poster exhibition and our respected Deputy Head master Sri Gopi
distributed prizes for that in the Next Assembly.
In
connection with world Aids day on December 1’st we conducted Aids
awareness programme and aids Awareness Rally. The eco club members
are actively participated in the cleaning activities in July 2011 onwards. we
started to celebrate dry day once in a weak.
The eco club members planted a medicinal
garden in our school compound. The garden inaugurated by our
respected Principal. About 30 medicinal plants like Thulasi, Adalodakam etc are
there in our garden. The activities of eco club is catalyzed by Sri Laksmanan
Master ,Usha Teacher ,and Sherin Teacher .The work for a Bio gas Plant is going
on by the help of Block Panchayath28 Feb 2012
